   Gary Gevurtz has enjoyed a 45 + year career which started  from a small retail furniture store that grew into a regional chain of stores in the Philadelphia and New Jersey region as well as a distribution facility to service the operations. Being mostly hands on in the growth of the business he acquired many skills in merchandising,  marketing, advertising, distribution, understanding legal issues and contract negotiations as well as construction and real estate development. In launching a wholesale furniture distribution company as part of his business evolution, Gary has traveled extensively through many parts of the world building business relationships, many in Asia.  Gary and the team are eager to evaluate the next investment proposal presented.

Michael Gevurtz is an entrepreneur and investor in the real estate and finance industries. He is the CEO and founder of Bluebird Companies, a diversified real estate organization specializing in private lending, development, and construction management in neighborhoods undergoing urban revitalization.

Michael has 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously worked at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), co-founding Six Stone Management Group and investing in his own properties. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate ownership, including acquisitions, financing, development, construction management, leasing, and property management.

David Gevurtz

Graduating from Cornell University where he was a member of their heavy weight crew rowing team, David went on to receive his Masters Degree at NYU.  Upon graduating from NYU, he worked  in the hotel real estate brokerage space as the assistant to the CEO  and then on to being a team member of a Philadelphia based entertainment/ restaurant investment group. Honing his skills in all aspects of finance, hotel operations and the investment world David was recruited to run our own wholesale furniture distribution company, Urbia. As president,  David has become accomplished in running all aspects of a national furniture company where his responsibilities range from  developing the companies software platform, designing and sourcing the world for residential home furnishings and every other demand placed on him to grow a successful business.
