A grand old Victorian which was not maintained and turned into a rotting  apartment building. It was close to being beyond repair! The undertaking was long and painful but ultimately we prevailed with a 3 lot subdivision. With the added revenue from the subdivision and coming to terms with the historic powers to be  we were able to restore this proud old lady back to a beautiful and striking single home. Ultimately it was awarded the best Historic Renovation in Lower Merion with it's picture prominently  displayed in the township building for many years! 

Originally a single home which was beyond repair, we were able to navigate the townships sub division process and gain the overwhelming support of the surrounding neighbors to build a four unit condominium project.  111 West is now an attractive Montgomery Ave building which enhances the busy corridor. Interestingly there is an old historic marker sitting in the front yard that identifies the point to center city Philadelphia as 10 miles.

A sturdy all stone home needed a complete gut renovation.  Demolishing and redesigning it's interior spaces, the results were outstanding. Went under contract days after listing!
